I have owned my own gym for 12 years and recently added online coaching to help reach many more. It has been such a blessing to have 22 years as a personal trainer/health coach. In my journey I have trained professional athletes, famous people, beauty queens, youth, sports specific, competitive bikini/figure/body building & fitness competitors, all types of transformations, every injury u can name I have rehabbed and/or worked with, from age 10 yrs old to 92 yrs old and of course your everyday weight loss client whether it be from menopause or just lack of movement or just being overwhelmed & not knowing what to do where to start or just flat out stuck! I also specialize in designing meal planning programs to follow for muscle gain, sports specific or weight loss. Depending on the needs of my client. I absolutely love what I do! I feel so blessed to work with my amazing clients on a day-to-day basis. I am a mother of 2 children (a son in heaven) & a daughter who is 15 years old. I am a stage 4 breast & brain cancer survivor. As your coach I understand what it means to fight and struggle! I will fight with you.
