You are unique so your fitness journey needs to be as well. I am here to help you achieve your goals through the most personalized training experience possible. Your Fitness needs are more than just workouts - too many coaches now adays just write a workout instead of designing their client a program. Your fitness program needs to change regularly as well as challenge you constantly so that you can achieve results. I am serious about designing what you need so that you are happy with your results from the work you do. I will help you with what your nutritional needs should be also. What you eat, how you feel, proper rest, taking rest days & how you sleep is equally important. Together, you and I will focus on all aspects of your health to make sure you are successful. Whether you are at home, in the gym, or on the road - I will be part of your fitness journey. I will be there to guide you through tough times, to check your form on video calls, to celebrate your wins, and to be on top of all the last-minute schedule changes. This is my passion. I also understand that everyone's needs and goals are not the same which is why everyone's program should be different and designed specifically for each individual's needs. Constant change keeps the body and muscles shocked and keeps continued results and also helps to not get bored with your program. Always advancing your program where we can to achieve this keeping you challenged and your individual goals and needs reached. I specialize in over 20 years of program designing since 2004. I have owned my own gym for 12 years and have been blessed to have over 20 years in the fitness industry since 2004 as a personal trainer/health coach. I have trained professional athletes, famous people, beauty queens, competitive fitness/transformation competitors, every injury u could name i have rehabbed and/or worked with, as well as youth and your everyday weight loss client. I also specialize in designing meal planning programs to follow for muscle building/ sports specific or weight loss depending on the needs of my client. I absolutely love what I do, and I feel so blessed to work with my amazing clients on a day-to-day basis, I am a mother of 2 children (a son) in heaven and one child (a daughter) who is now 14 years old. I am a stage 4 breast cancer and brain cancer survivor and as your coach I understand what it means to fight and struggle and I will fight with you, and we celebrate together your success and victories when you reach your goals because that is what gives my life purpose. this may be online coaching but this will not be like past experiences for you you will not do this alone.
